The Lady Tiger softball team began District play last Friday where they faced Bevier at the La Plata field. Bevier got on the scoreboard with a pair of runs in the top of the 1st, but Brashear tied the game at 2-all in the bottom of the 2nd. Bevier scored again in the 4th, but Brashear scored 1 in the 4th and 2 in the 5th for a 5-3 win. Kennedy Gray had 3 hits for Brashear, Cassidy Althide, Heidi Lay, Tayla Garlock, and Lana Vansickle had 2 hits each with Lillie McKim and Paige Stutsman also having hits. Cassidy Althide picked up the win on the mound.
